Hello there
Both the courses are good and they have their own importance.
BPT which stands for bachelors in physiotherapy and it is a field which is developing day by day just because its awareness is increasing with the passing time. The only cons you will observe that it has a lot of competition. After completing this course you can work in the domains like:
BRIT which stands for bachelors in Radiology and imaging technology which is it 3 years course and after completing this course you can get a job with decent pay and it is a short course time so you can settle very soon. The couns which you can experience into this course that you will be finding out very few colleges which offers this course in India just because of the lack of awareness about this course.
Now coming to the better option I will suggest you that Physiotherapy is better than radiology and imaging Technology just because in Bachelors of physiotherapy there is self employment opportunities and after completing your bachelors in Physiotherapy you can do your masters with specialisation for better career opportunities.
I hope it helps you!
Thank you!
