Qualifying in this licence examination one can do take admission in in a BSc nursing after doing BSc nursing with at least 70 to 80% marks in India. The licensing examination is like PROMETRIC,MOH,DHA for studying MSc nursing in the middle East or USA or in CANADA .

There not such thing as Low cut-off state of high cut-off state for All India Quota NEET UG Counselling. Cut-offs depends on Colleges but not on States. There is possibility of having chances to get seat in some States when compared to other States. It also depends on Caste Category, College Ownership, Seat type, etc.

NEET UG 2021 Cut-off:

---••• General Category: 50th Percentile - 720 - 138 Marks

---••• SC/ ST/ OBC: 40th Percentile - 137 - 108 Marks

---••• General - PwD: 45th Percentile - 137 - 122 Marks

---••• SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th Percentile - 121-108 Marks

No you cannot take part in NEET UG counselling for government medical colleges of Karnataka because 100% seats in government medical colleges of Karnataka are kept reserved for Karnataka candidates. If you are seeking admission in Karnataka state then you can go for private seats of private medical colleges that are open to candidates across India who have qualified NEET UG.

Also note that as you belongs to Maharashtra so you will not be benefited with your reservation category(if you have any) because for other state candidates there is no reservation benefits for medical colleges in Karnataka even for private seats. No, the Karnataka NEET 2021 second-round counseling has not yet started. The officials have not released the schedule for the second round of counseling yet. Keep an eye on the official website or the link below for the latest information. Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA), Bangalore has announced round one result of Karnataka NEET 2021 counselling on the official website  cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. There is no information regarding the second round yet. It is expected that the officials will soon release the schedule for the second round.
