Electrical Engineering Department of Madhav Institute of Technology and Science is a very good department and the Internet of Things is offered by Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya Bhopal. Yes it is indeed a good programme offered, you will receive good placements too. Although this college has good infrastructure and all the desired facilities.

With reference to your query,  I would glad inform you that their is no difference in course circullum of the syllabus , it just way of teaching is somewhat different in both the branche electrical and IT . Electrical branch faculty  teaching style is through IOT applied on electrical applications like cars semiconductors whereas in IT it is purely on IT devices

If you are choosing AI and ML for studying then it is definetly the good choice. Considering the scope of this degree program you will have many job prospects in the future. Now taking admission in MIT Gwalior you have to consider talking to alumnus and seniors to know more.

But according to the reviews the college is best in state with good teaching staff. Placements are average here.  College has grounds and a library. The campus is equipped with a Wi-Fi facility. College also has a canteen, and the food served is fine. There are lots of opportunities in this college for students who are interested in sports. Frequently competitions are organised at the college level. Approximately 75% of the students got placed in the year 2020 from this college. as you mention your jee main score is 70 percentile but you are obc but not mention.

so you will treated as general category . as there is no any process in jee main to change your name or category if you donot mention when form is you applied.

at 291774 rank you will not able to qualify the jee main as you are in general category

so i suggest to give next attempt with more effort so that you will get good marks
