The “Senior Leadership of Family Enterprises Certification” or in short known as SeLF is an immersive short-term entrepreneurial online management program suitable for the owners of Family Businesses. The SeLF Programme is offered by the SP Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR). This course is for interested candidates who are the owners of a family-owned and managed business, who are actively managing their business currently, and want to scale it up.

The total fee of the “Senior Leadership of Family Enterprises” Online Course is Rs. 1,05,000/- including GST (18%). The fees can be paid upfront at once during the filling of the application form or can be paid in two installments. The fee structure is mentioned below:

Eligibility Criteria
Academic Qualifications
- The candidate must have at least passed an undergraduate exam in any field from a recognized university to be eligible for application.
- The candidate must also have knowledge of the English language.
Age
- The minimum age of the candidate applying must be at least 35+ years.
Work Experience
- The candidate must be an owner of a family managed business
- The candidate must have an active role in managing the business currently
Certification Qualifying Details
- Any participant who has enrolled in the program has to complete learning all the lectures and complete some other requirements if needed to be awarded the certificate of completion by SPJIMR institute.
