Admission Process

The admission process is conducted as per the rules and regulations of the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE).

Eligibility Criteria

For admission to First Year B. Pharmacy,

For Maharashtra Candidates:

  • candidate should fulfil the following criteria:
  • The Candidate should be an Indian National
  • An obtained score in MHT-CET
  • Registered for Centralized Admission Process (CAP)
  • Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of these subjects - Mathematics or Biology and obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of backward class categories and persons with Disability belonging only to Maharashtra State) in the above subjects taken together.

For All Indian Candidates:

  • Apart from the aforementioned criteria, a candidate should obtain non zero positive scores in NEET or the candidate should have appeared in all the subjects in CET and should obtain non zero scores in CET conducted by competent authority. However, preference shall be given to the candidates obtaining non zero positive scores in NEETover the candidates who obtained non zero scores in CET

For admission to Direct Second Year B.Pharmacy,

  • The Candidate should be an Indian National
  • Passed Diploma Course in Pharmacy with at least 45 % marks (40 % marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging only to Maharashtra State) from an All India Council for Technical Education or Pharmacy Council of India or Central or State Government approved Institution or its equivalent.
  • Any other criterion declared by appropriate authority from time to time.
