Dear student,
You have not mentioned the Category you belongs to so I'm considering it as General Category and giving information based on it. It is difficult to get Electronics and Communication Engineering seat in VVIT through your AP EAMCET Rank based on previous year's Closing Ranks. You can try for someone Colleges.
Cutoffs depends on many factors like number of seats available, number of students appeared in the exam, caste category, difficulty level of the exam, etc. Cut-offs changes from year to year.
You can predict Colleges you can get for your AP EAMCET Rank using below mentioned College Predictor Tool

Hello Aspirant,
I hope you are doing well.
Based on their merit, candidates are picked for counselling. Throughout the counselling procedure, candidates must select Vasireddy Venkatadri Institute of Technology. 70% of the seats are given through the AP PGECET, with the remaining 30% distributed through the management quota and NRI category. According to VVIT Guntur's M.C.A. admissions procedure.

Hello Aspirant,
I hope you are doing well.
Web-based counselling is used to determine admission to Vasireddy Venkatadri Institute of Technology based on the results of the Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical Common Entrance Test (AP EAMCET). You don't have to make a donation if you meet the criteria and get accepted to the college through counselling. There is only a charge structure that must be paid semester by semester. Around 40,000 is the cost per semester here. This indicates that the overall cost for a four-year B.Tech. degree would be about 3.5 Lacs, including admission fees, test costs, etc. As there are 10% seats available for management quota, you must speak directly with the college if you are unable to acquire the rank and need to apply for admission.
I hope this helps.
Good Luck
