Passed the 10+2 examination with any three of the following subjects: Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, Biology, Informatics Practices, Biotechnology, Technical Vocational subject, Agriculture, Engineering Graphics, Business Studies, or Entrepreneurship, and obtained at least 45% marks (40% for candidates from reserved categories) in the above subjects taken together.
OR
Passed a minimum 3-year Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% for candidates belonging to reserved categories), subject to the availability of vacancies in the First Year. If vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted, the universities will offer suitable bridge courses, such as Mathematics, Physics, Engineering drawing, etc., to students from diverse backgrounds to achieve the desired learning outcomes of the program. Additionally, the candidate should have appeared for all the subjects in JEE/MHT-CET/PERA-CET and should have obtained a nonzero score.
Passed the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma with a minimum score of 24 credits.
Passed a B.Sc. Degree with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates)
a. For B. Tech Programme the candidate should have passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical Vocational subjects securing aggregate 45% marks.
b. Secured minimum 45 % marks in the subjects Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical Vocational subject for Maharashtra State Open Category Candidate (at least 40 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together. c. Passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 45 % marks (at least 40 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only).
d. For International Baccalaureate (IB) Board, the candidate must have been awarded IB Diploma or the IB Diploma Course (i.e. IB Certificate) as a qualification for entry to the professional course at the institute and is required to have passed the subjects of Physics and Mathematics at Higher Level (HL) with a minimum score of 24 credits.
e. For Maharashtra State Candidates: - Merit based on score in MHT-CET 2024 score or JEE Mains 2024 for seeking admission in All India Quota.
f. For All India Quota Candidates: - Merit based on score in JEE Mains 2024
In case of vacancies after all applications based on MHTCET 2024 and JEE Main 2024 are exhausted, fresh applications based on other states entrance exam of current year-2024 / Uni-GAUGE-E 2024 / PERA 2024 may be considered.
