You might face this problem because whatever you have filled simply means  details does not match to your OTR profile.

You cannot recover application form from aadhar card one thing you can do is check your mail box.After filling the Form you Should have Received a Message from UPSC on your Mobile no. And Email ID.

So,Search it there

The NMMS (National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship) application form for Andhra Pradesh is released online on the official website of the Directorate of Government Examinations, AP.

• Students of Class 8 studying in Government, Local body, or Aided schools can apply.

• The form is usually available in September–October.

• Applications are submitted through the school, so students should contact their school head for registration.

• Required documents: income certificate, caste certificate, previous class marks memo, and passport-size photo.

• After filling the form, schools will confirm and send it to the DEO office.

Since you are appearing for NMAT, you can expect the forms to be released around the time of NMAT registrations , which usually begin in August. Most likely, the applications will open by August or September 2025.

In SSC OTR, you should always keep your details updated. Since your graduation will complete in June 2026, by the time of SSC CGL 2026 notification you will be a graduate.

So, you will need to update your highest qualification to "Graduate" in your OTR before applying for SSC CGL 2026. Only then the application window will show for you.

Hello! If you did not apply under the home state quota during the WBJEE 2025 application process, you will not be able to change that now, as the category/quota details are locked once the application correction window is over. Even though you hold a domicile certificate, the home state quota benefit is only applicable if it was selected while filling the form. You can still participate in counselling under the general category, but the quota advantage will not be available this year.
