BBA and CA are two different fields. Generally B.COM is a more preferred degree program. There is no restriction in terms of prior stream, age or percentage secured. So you can do but it is not recommended.

It depends on your choice in which field you want to go.
CA course is basically practical.Whereas CS course basically involves theory paper.If you are interested in law field then you can choose CS as your career but if you are interested in accountancy field then can choose CA.
