HI, In Delhi University getting admission in BCom Hons can be tough. You can try approaching some other colleges like:

Loyola College, Chennai

Christ University

Madras Christian College

Goenka College of Commerce and Business Administration, Kolkata

It depends on your choice in which field you want to go.
CA course is basically practical.Whereas CS course basically involves theory paper.If you are interested in law field then you can choose CS as your career but if you are interested in accountancy field then can choose CA.

Hi, CA is indeed a good choice of career and with BCom you open your options. So you can opt for Bcom with CA simultaneously. Prefer choosing regular CA with correspondence Bcom if you are confident enough. And if on any doubt you can choose vice versa as well. Good
