There are less chances to register once again to your branch for same year or you have to change the branch and then apply for other branch.You can apply for other fields and there are chances to get the admission and hope all goes well.You can check it

Yes you can clear your maths from NIOS. If you clear your Maths from NIOS then you will be eligible for taking admission. Regarding your second question yes both your HSC marks for other subjects and your NIOS maths marks will be valid. Doing Maths from NIOS is convenient
