Yes you can clear your maths from NIOS. If you clear your Maths from NIOS then you will be eligible for taking admission. Regarding your second question yes both your HSC marks for other subjects and your NIOS maths marks will be valid. Doing Maths from NIOS is convenient

sir, Im from Andhra Pradesh and general category,for first round cutoff in thiagarajar college given 180marks for HSC.i got 178 marks soo didnt get a seat in first round.is there any chance to get in 2nd round for cse branch?
