Dear Naynesh
According to the ST shortlisted list for 2019-20, total number of students are 90 and you have secured 32 rank and the total number of seats for ST is 9 which means only 9 students among 90 students will get admission and as per the recent notice, the ST student with 1-90 are shorlisted for 1st counselling and all the information conclude that you have good chances to get seat in JIPMER.
However, it doesn't give surety for a seat unless and until, you go for counselling.
Good Luck.
