Documents required during counselling of JIPMER is as following-

• JIPMER admit card
  
• rank letter of JIPMER 
  
• Class 12 marksheet and pass certificate
  
• proof of date of birth(class 10 pass certificate or birth certificate)
  
• Resident cetrificate for resident of puducherry
  
• Character and transfer certificate from recent institute studied
• six recent passport sized photograph
  
• caste and resident certificate ,verified by revenue authority (tahsildar)

More than 1.84 lakh candidates took the JIPMER 2019 as last year a total of 1,97,751 candidatesregistered for JIPMER MBBS entrance exam out of which 1,54,491 candidates appeared. A total of 78,053 students cleared the JIPMER 2018 examination.

According to the OBC shortlisted list for 2019-20, total number of students are 370 and you have secured 176 rank and the total number of seats for OBC is 37 which means only 37 students among 370 students will get admission and as per the recent notice, the OBC student with 1-370 are shorlisted for 1st counselling and all the information concludes that you have good chances to get admission in JIPMER. 

I would suggest you to not leave any chance. Besides, you will come to know about its worth only after giving it a chance.

The result contains name, date of birth, category, percentile and eligibility status. Jipmer result will be accessible through online mode only.

JIPMER has shortlisted a candidate on the basis of performance in the exam

in the first round, they have called for rank like

UR rank 1 to 750

OBC rank 1 to 370

SC rank 1 to 200

ST rank 1 to 90

but there is a chance you will be called for counseling in the 2nd round.so hope you get college. There is no prediction that you will get a college or not.

3). Enter roll number and name.

4). check your sectional and overall percentile.

5). Check your eligibility status.

You can view/download your individual rank letter/result of JIPMER 2019 from the official website of JIPMER (www.jipmer.edu.in) which will be available from 11AM onwards of 12/06/2019 (Wednesday)  and there will be no individual communication will be sent to any candidates as per the notice issued on their website.

Yes , there is a problem faced by many students in downloading the merit list. But do not worry try accessing it with a good internet connection , and as i have observed ,it provides a link to an external site ,so try clearing your cache and cookies. That can help .

According to the notice issued on the official website of JIPMER2019, the UR students holding ranks between 1-750 are shortlisted for the 1st counselling and for UR, only 74 seats are in total including 19 seats for Karaikal and total number of shortlisted UR student is 740.

This year,the last position in UR shortlisted list is secured with 99.4784013 percentile.

So, as per the information,you are eligible for 1st counselling and have chances to get the seat.
