Hello aspirant !

TC - Transfer certificate is a document signed by the head of a school or institution signifying that the student has fulfilled the education requirements of their locality.

You need to contact college authorities with a notarized affidavit that you have lost the TC.

With chemistry , its better to have Mathematics as a subsidiary subject. Many state Universities demand for Mathematics as subsidiary subject for the admission of MSc. Also in chemistry you will have Quantum Mechanics. So if you have Mathematics it will be easier to learn such tough topics.

You can apply for these posts when the institutions release notification for vacancy of faculty posts. You may have to qualify an interview, but there is no mention of entrance
