With chemistry , its better to have Mathematics as a subsidiary subject. Many state Universities demand for Mathematics as subsidiary subject for the admission of MSc. Also in chemistry you will have Quantum Mechanics. So if you have Mathematics it will be easier to learn such tough topics.

There is no particular entrance test for applying to the posts for physiotherapy lecturer in govt and private institutions. You can apply for these posts when the institutions release notification for vacancy of faculty posts. You may have to qualify an interview, but there is no mention of entrance

The minimum marks required for general category student is 55% in mastersdegree and For ST/SC/OBC/PWD/Transgenders minimum 50% marks to apply for the post of lecturers in a particular college. But the institutions may have different eligibility criteria depending on the course and type of college.
