sir TS students dont get engineering seat in AP through AP eapcet

gopi 10th Jul, 2025

Hello Aspirant,

Yes, students from Telangana (TS) have the opportunity to get an engineering seat in Andhra Pradesh (AP) by appearing in AP EAPCET, under the Non-local category. However, they cannot take seats under state quota (local seats), and can only qualify for 15% Unreserved (Non-local) seats in private colleges and some categories in university colleges. There will be no preference for students from Telangana, all admissions will be based on merit and availability of seats in that category.

Neet ug 2025 counseling- if registration nahi kiyaa then 1st and 2nd or 3rd or 4th round me registation kr skte hai kya??for bhms bams private se Krna h

Abhi sonkar 9th Jul, 2025

Hello, there are some rules mentioned below

Round 1: Fresh registration allowed

Round 2: Fresh registration is allowed

Mop-Up Round: Fresh registration is allowed

Stray Vacancy Round: Only registered candidates from earlier rounds can participate — no new registration allowed

So if you missed Round 1, you can register in Round 2 or Mop-Up, but not in the Stray Round. For State Counselling, most states allow fresh registrations in Mop-Up or even Round 2 (rules vary by state). Since private BHMS seats are filled through state counselling, you still have time to apply if registration opens again.

Mansi Satwani 9th Jul, 2025

Yes,A state rank of 7,000 - 8,000 in Telengana for the OBC category is a decent score to get an MBBS seat in Govt colleges under the convener quota.since past OBC cutoffs gone upto 12,000.your score is also easily sufficient for private medical colleges under the convener quota. However, chances can vary depending on the competition and seat availability

SHUBHANGI SINHA 9th Jul, 2025

Hello,

You have a good chance of being admitted to a BAMS institution with a NEET rank of 259 149 and being in the SC category, particularly at private or semi government colleges under state quota.

What You should do?

  • Sign up for state AYUSH counselling in the state where you now reside.
  • Apply in as many as possible that permit open counselling.
  • Keep an eye out for stray vacancy rounds and mop -ups, where seats are still available and cutoffs are much lower.
