i am nbema diploma student. i have joined in feb2026.at the time of joining i have given obc ncl 2015.now nbema raised query in may. then i have submitted june 2026 obc ncl. but they want previous year(2025) obc ncl i am unable to submitte. so what can they do about my issue? can they cancle saet?
