It is very hard alone with NCERT, but it is Advise to consult some extra Books Also. ...... 07/ 05 /2017 .. Narayan

Yes it is but you need to practice a lot of que just study physical chem from other books for rest focus on NCERT.
For bio you need to read NCERT as much time as you can and then solve questions. 1/2 times reading will not work.
