Well I believe it is quite difficult that the college management will allow you to stay in the campus.But in the proceedings of admission or after it you may ask the administrator for your query.
Might he suggest you solution for it.But for security have some other way to resolve your query.

Generally colleges do not allow to stay in hostels without allotment so I will suggest you to find a good hotel and stay with your guardian. Many students do this when they go for admission in other states.
