Last date to apply for GATE 2025 examination for IIITM Gwalior M.Tech programmes is September 26, 2024.
CAT 2024 exam date is expected to be November 24, 2024 (last Sunday of November).
GATE 2025 admit card for admission to IIITM Gwalior M.Tech programmes will be released on January 2, 2025.
About IIITM Gwalior
Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management Gwalior was established in 1997 and is an autonomous institute set by Government of India. IIITM Gwalior has been recognised as an "Institute of National Importance". IIITM Gwalior offers a total of 20 courses across the UG, PG and doctoral levels. Courses at IIITM Gwalior include B.Tech, 5-year duration Integrated B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, PGDM and Ph.D.
Admission to IIITM Gwalior B.Tech and dual degree programmes is done on the basis of scores obtained by students in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main). Whereas, M.Tech and MBA admissions are done on the basis of scores obtained by the students in GATE and CAT, respectively. While for Ph.D admissions, candidates have to appear for the entrance test conducted by IIITM Gwalior. Additionally, IIITM Gwalior has a placement unit that oversees the whole hiring procedure. The amenities that IIITM Gwalior provides for its students are many and include hostels, a library, a gym, and more. Grantham College of Management, Gwalior is affiliated with IIITM Gwalior.

IIITM Gwalior Scholarship
Atal Bihari Vajpayee Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management (ABV IIITM), Gwalior scholarships are offered to those students who are meritorious in the Institute. The ABV IIITM fellowships are provided by the Government of India on criteria of the family income, caste and category of the applicant, gender basis, disability, etc. All the terms related to the ABV IIITM scholarships are as per the terms notified by the scholarship providing firm. A student needs to score at least 6.5 SGPA every semester to get the scholarship. Getting a score less than 6.5 would lead to the cancellation of the scholarship. The SC/ST students, however, have a relaxation of 0.5 SGPA. Ph.D scholars will be entitled to the ABV IIITM scholarship till the date of submission of a thesis or 60 months, whichever is earlier.

The college having centralized library andthe food is good, and the college even provides free medical facilities 24/7. Wi-Fi is really excellent and has strong signals all over the campus and I assure you to get fast Wi-Fi any classroom you choose to sit.

College Infrastructure
College infrastructure is good. To make life comfortable for the students both the pockets of the campus are being connected. Hostels are cleaned regularly. Classrooms, labs and libraries have central ac which operates regularly during the hot summers. Construction and renovation is being carried out under the new director who works on the improvement of the institute.
The college is having great environment.

Although you need to bring things like mattress, bucket etc. But otherwise hostel rooms are spacious and very clean. All other facilities mentioned are very good. We have good class room with well maintaining.
