Hello! My rank in NCHMCT-JEE is 4415. Can i get admission in IHM goa, bhubneshwar, lucknow, jaipur? I belong to general category!

With a rank of 4415 in general category, it becomes difficult to procure a seat in the above mentioned colleges. Last year, the closing ranks for IHM Goa was 2163, IHM Bhubaneshwar was 3258. IHM Jaipur ended with 2772. IHM Lucknow closed with 3254. But one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. What about the chance in second round? Please tell me which college is better? Gwalior or guwahati? Is there any chance besides AIR?
