Try to have a score of 145+ marks in aiims ug entrance exam in general category, by this there will be a high probability that you will make through aiims with decent rank and would get a mbbs seat..

Scoring somewhere around 140-145 will get you a rank inside 36 .. and you will be in 100% ..!! Without a doubt .. as far as my knowledge goes from the last 3 exams for aiims ..!!
according to my best knowledge the marks ranges are-
General candidates - 140+
OBC-125+
SC-110+
ST-100
