I am a undergraduate student in bca stream and want to build my career in japan for that i am thinking to take admission in japanese university for masters course will it help me to find job in japan

Yes there is a high chance that while studying in a Japanese University you may strike up a good opportunity at a company by campus placements. Also it would increase your international exposure and give you good life lessons.

Japan education system is much advanced and there you will  definitely get a whole lot of good opportunities.

Also the companies would sponsor your visa in Japan so you wont be having much problems with the Embassy.
