I applied for korean language in DU but they are asking for a current character certificate. I have passed 12th in 2016. I asked my school for the character certificate but they said they can't provide one as it's been too long and we don't know what you did these years and thus can't certify you.

Hi aspirant,

Ideallt university dont ask for character certificate, but even if it is aksing then it is school's duty to provide. However in your case school is refusing, then you can go to advocate and make affidavit or you can reach out to any known gazzette officer to you. Certifiate from gazzette also work.
