Yes of course,  by 85% state quota, you can easily get a government seat in your own state. 530s-540s is the general range of cutoff in each state and even though the cutoff rises this year, I guess ur score it already at par so don't worry u have done ur work, now the rest what u deserve will surely come to u automatically.
