No,you have scored very less marks which resulted you in loosing a medical seat.

If your aim is yo become Only a doctor then drop a year and score best in next year.
.
If you are done with 1 and 2 rounds.Then even try for Mop-up round.As Mop-up round purpose is to allot seats to students to Haven't got a seat.

If you don't have any financial issues then try for management quota under private collges.
