I got 38000 rank in upsee whether I will get government college and if not then whether I can get civil branch or cs branch in upsee

Hi Prashant, I think with this rank, it will be difficult for you to get goov colleges through UPSEE. In my opinion, you should apply separately for private colleges. Apply for CSE if you want it. You might get it.
