If you set preference for colleges in the Maharashtra NEET UG State counseling as X, Y , Z & A and you get college Z in the first round..and If we want to upgrade and don't retain college Z, in the upgrade process do we get either college X or Y or does it also goes below Z and allot college A.

Well, counselling works in a way, that if you get a seat upgradation then even if you wish you can't go down, So once you get any upgradation then the seat is yours, provided you don't get disqualified further, which you won't mostly...
