Is the management quota admission to MBBS by qualifying NEET UG(score is 200) done by the government or have to make contact with middlemen(who are frauds basically as they say)?

Admission to  management quota seats in done ONLY  through the official counselling held under DGHS and the respective state quota counselling. For admission to Deemed Universities you need to apply through All India counselling for Deemed Universities ( held by DGHS) and for admission to private colleges other than those, you need to apply through the respective state counselling.
