Is the score of the entrance test given right after taking the exam? If yes, is there any other way to find out your score?

Depends on the test. Most online tests do not give out the marks but some like MAHE-MET (or MU-OET) do give the marks immediately after. In all other cases, you have to wait for the official result to be declared along with your rank.
