is the S.No. provided in dujat result without our class 12 marks...or does it includes it..?

I think Yes they provided your DU jat result with your 12th marks it is formed they used. Because they used the algorithm in with 12th mark as well as Du jat both scores include after compiling the score then they decide for rank. So it is important that your 12th mark is good then you get DU.

No, it’s without the 12 th marks . So you need to wait for DU to upload the final rank wise results in a day or two
