Swathi, if you want to quit a Management Quota seat, you should contact the College Administration. In most cases, they might ask you to pay the entire college fees as the College is losing out on a potential seat for the rest of the duration of the course. You will have to take TC from this college and take admission in 1st year again of the new college. You cant join the 2nd college through TS Eamcet.
