My general rank is 103 and OBC rank is 23 in bHU MA ECONOMICS. Is there any chance to get admission in bhu campus???

Yes you may take admission in the main campus

I am just asking you because in PET bulletin its mention that anyone can take provisional admission without marks sheet but he has to submit it till 31st October.
