Looking at the previous years closing ranks for MNIT Allahabad i can certainly say that you will not get any seat in any branch for the above mentioned rank.
Now , let's talk about HBTI kanpur . It also accepts JEE rank but it conducts its own counselling. Previous years closing rank trends of this college also says that you shall not get any seat.
