Hi there,
I am sorry to say that your suster cannot get admission in JNTU and OU as closing rank of JNTU for BC B is 1938 And closing rank of OU is 1040.
So , I would suggest you to go for other colleges as the rank is quite good as there is high possibility for getting admisssion in other top colleges.
