Hello there,

With a rank of 63567 in TS EAPCET and belonging to the BC-B category as a girl candidate with NCC 'A' certificate, it might be quite challenging to secure admission in the ECE branch at prestigious universities like JNTU or OU as they generally have higher cut-offs.

However, your NCC certificate might give you some advantage in special categories during the counseling process. It is advisable to participate actively in all rounds of counseling and look for any special quota or seat allotment related to NCC which might be applicable.

If you don’t get a seat in JNTU or OU, consider exploring ECE seats in affiliated or other private colleges which have lower cut-offs.

I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries, feel free to share your questions with us, and we will be happy to assist you.

Thank you, and I wish you all the best in your bright future.

With a TS EAMCET 2025 rank of 20,852 (BC-A), getting CSE in JNTU Jagtial is unlikely—last year’s cutoff for BC-A was around 15,000.

Alternatives:

Try for ECE or Mechanical at JNTU Jagtial

Apply to other Telangana colleges with higher CSE cutoffs

Participate in all counselling rounds and spot admissions

The cutoff rank for the 5-year integrated M.Tech. program in CSE at JNTUH varies based on the category (SC, OBC, etc.) and also depends on the specific year. Generally, for the general category, the cutoff rank is around 20,000-25,000, while for OBC, it's around 30,000-35,000. For SC, the cutoff ranks in the past have been around 12,000 for boys and 12,852 for girls, as seen in one resource, but specific rankings for each year may vary.

Here's a more detailed breakdown:

TS EAMCET:

The admission to the 5-year integrated M.Tech. program at JNTUH is based on the TS EAMCET (Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical Common Entrance Test) rank.

Category-wise:

The cutoff ranks vary based on category (SC, ST, OBC, EWS, etc.). You can find specific cutoff ranks for each category by checking past year's data on the JNTUH website or other resources like Shiksha and Careers360.

Self-finance vs. Regular:

The cutoff ranks also differ between self-finance and regular programs.

Previous Years' Cutoff:

You can find JNTUH cutoff ranks for previous years to get an idea of the trends and expected cutoff for the current year.

To find the most accurate and up-to-date information, it's recommended to:

Consult with JNTUH counseling: Reach out to JNTUH counseling for specific information and guidance.

With a TS EAPCET rank of 5676, getting B.Pharmacy at JNTU Hyderabad main campus is not possible as it doesn't offer B.Pharmacy.

Hello,

1. Since cutoffs for free seats are typically much lower (around rank 1000 or less), it is unlikely that someone with a rank of 9495 will be awarded a free government quota seat at JNTUH Pharmaceutical College Sultanpur.

2. In order to take exams, students must attend JNTUH at least 75% of the time. You can pay a condonation fee (typically around Rs 300 per subject) to be eligible if your attendance is between 65% and 75%. You cannot take exams if your score is less than 65%. Verify with the college administration as the precise cost may differ.

Hello there,

With a TS EAPCET 2025 rank of 12,384 in the BC-A category , your chances of securing a seat in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) at Osmania University (OU) or Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH) are slim, as their closing ranks for BC-A candidates in CSE are typically below 5,000.

However, you have better prospects in other engineering branches at these universities. Here's a breakdown:

Osmania University (University College of Engineering, OU)

  • Civil Engineering : BC-A closing ranks range between 20,000 and 30,000.

  • Mechanical Engineering : Similar to Civil, with closing ranks often extending beyond 20,000.

JNTU Hyderabad (JNTUH College of Engineering)

  • Civil Engineering : BC-A closing ranks are around 20,000 to 30,000.

  • Mechanical Engineering : BC-A closing ranks also fall within the 20,000 to 30,000 range.

Given your rank, you have a reasonable chance of securing admission in Civil or Mechanical Engineering at these institutions.

Recommendations

  • Participate in TS EAPCET Counselling : Ensure you register for the counselling process and list your preferred branches and colleges.

  • Consider Other Reputable Colleges : Institutions like MVSR Engineering College , VNR VJIET , and CVR College of Engineering have higher closing ranks for CSE and might be attainable with your rank.

  • Explore Alternative Branches : If you're open to branches other than CSE, such as Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) or Information Technology (IT) , you might find more opportunities.

I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries, feel free to share your questions with us, and we will be happy to assist you.

Thank you, and I wish you all the best in your bright future.

With a TS EAMCET rank of 23,075 and belonging to the BC-D category, you have a good chance of securing a seat in (ECE) at JNTU (Karimnagar) .

However, admission trends can vary each year due to factors like seat availability and applicant preferences. It's advisable to participate actively in the counselling process and consider backup options to maximize your chances of securing a seat.

No minimum qualifying marks: The TS EAMCET doesn't have a minimum score requirement for SC/ST categories.

Aim for a good rank: To get into JNTU CSE for ST, you need to aim for a good rank, which generally translates to scoring 150+ marks.

Target a rank between 1000-1200: This can help you get into top colleges like JNTU Hyderabad.
