My WBJEE 2019 GMR rank is 11554 and OBC-B rank is 643. Can I get admission in government colleges in West Bengal in Electrical or Mechanical

As you have reserved category rank, you can try for Jadavpur University. But you have less chances to get seat into Jadavpur University. Apart from Jadavpur, you can get seat in electrical and mechanical in Kalyani Government Engineering college.
You can try for Coachbeher government engineering college, Jalpaiguri Government Engineering college or Purulia Government Engineering college. Though Purulia govt. College is newly established (2016). So no idea about Placement scenario.

I got 1475 GMR rank in jelet and my engineering and technology branch rank is 8..I belongs to bihar state. .can i got jadavpur university orr any government college. ..
