I already mail and call in the toll free number but they are not responding. if I payed twice what will happened.

Hello,

You need to pay the fees again but the amount deduced before will be refunded after few working days. Make sure that you have sufficient balance in your account. It happens because of the banks server problem. Kindly, initiate the payment once again and your payment status must be successful. You have to wait until it is refunded. If it is not refunded please contact your bank.
