Sir I am from tamilnadu. If I do MBBS in karnAtaka. Can get Med PG in tamilnadu in govt quota. Or will I get Med PG in KN in govt quota

You will be getting your med in the state of your college and from where you graduated. So if you are doing your undergrad from  Karnataka, you will get your med from Karnataka itself.
