Dear Shivam, if you can manage to secure a CAT percentile of atleast 90-95, you can secure seats in decent B Schools. There are almost 1000 participating institutions that accept CAT score so it is not possible to filter the Institutions among these 1000 but if you can secure 90-95 percentile, you can manage to get admission to decent to moderate B Schools.
UPSC conducts many exams please mention the specific exam you want to know about but for civil services then the only educational requirement is that the candidate must be having a bachelor's degree or have given the final exam and waiting for the results.

The eligibility critera in order to pursue Master of Design, one need to have a Bachelor of Design or Bachelor of Architecture degree with a minimum of 50% marks in some colleges. Whereas in some colleges the eligibility criteria is less strict and youd be required to have any bachelors degree minimum 3 years duration to be eligible. Hence the criteria would depend on college to college. Various colleges to pursue are NID, NIFT, IITs etc
