Hello aspirant, 

Well as per last year's cutoff you need to score a minimum of 455+ to get into a government medical college in andhra pradesh for obc category. (for state quota) 

Now since your score is very close you may have chances of getting a government seat in the mop up round. 

So apply for the counseling process as soon as the dates are announced.
