It would be difficult to tell you the marks range for admission in any of the medical colleges, as the cutoff variates every year depending upon the number of candidates appearing for the entrance exam, the difficulty level of the paper and such related factors.
Well, if you want admission in a government college, then your score should be minimum 520-30+ (if you're applying for 85% state quota seats) and 570+ (for 15% AIQ seats). For private colleges, score above 380-400 will do. Keep high target so that atleast you can score near to it or even more which will surely benefit you in getting admission in your desired college.
So, prepare well and study smart.!

bhai medical collage ka liya 600 marks neet ma bhai itna ka target lakr chl km sa km

their is no any adject marks required to get admission in MBBS through neet exam. the admission is clearly based on the neet score. you can get idea from the last year cut off of neet 2018. this may vary this year based on toughness of exam.

but i suggest you need to find the last ranker college in all medical colleges. than check their cut off to get an idea of cut off for this year. but its really very hard to do.
