I'm sorry to say but 290 marks in NEET 2019 is not enough for a government college in India for your category. Since you belong to the Schedule Caste category , the cut off for you for the government colleges is 330+ . Don't lose hope , you can still try for semi- government and private colleges since you have cleared the NEET cut off.
