sir I want my neet 2020 admit card after exam then if now I can get it from my email sir because official admit card website is closed

The Admit card was released at the official website of NEET and according to your requirement you want the admit card to be reavailable. For this you can mail the NTA official complaining email address .
While there are other options like that you may find the document in the recycle bin or you may find it in the Google Drive or ultimately you may find in he downloads option in the Google Chrome.
