There are eligibility criteria for pharma D (post baccalaureate) :-
A candidate should be qualified bachelor of pharmacy with minimum 50% score (45% for reserved category) by the Pharmacy council of India (PCI).
The average fees for pharma D lies between 50,000 to 2,00,000 lakh per annum.

There are some best colleges for Pharma. D as:-
1.National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Hyderabad- 1,40,000 inr.
2.Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Jaipur- 2,35,000 inr.
3.S.R.M Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai- 1,65,000 inr.
