Sir if allotted the seat in csab but I choose the option 3rd (surrender and participate 2nd round) So my question is to participate 2nd round seat allotment fees pay and not if yes I do not show seat acceptance fees but in profile where is show incomplete

Hello candidate,
Yes you have to pay the seat acceptance fees if you are getting a seat for the first time in the csab counselling. If you want to participate by surrendering then you dont have to pay any seat acceptance fees. You can find more details here: https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/csab .
