According to your rank and previous year cut off it is very difficult to get  cse in nit or iiit but if you have state quota then their is little bit possibility to get college. Here I have listed some state colleges which you can get with CSE branch:-

• IIIT Pune
• Mizoram University
• Thakur college of Engineering and technology
• GGU
• SMVDU  etc...

1. Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar
2. Institute of Technology, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur
3. Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology

Your rank is not good enough to get into any NIT,IIIT but you can try your luck in CSAB special counseling and can also opt any other state engineering or private colleges.
