As you have mentioned that you have a score of 480 marks neet and your AIR is 61923.You have qualified neet but you have decent chances to get any of the government college in telangana. 

If we look over the neet cutoff for 2019, you do fall under the cutoffs which are required to fetch any seat in the government nedical colleges. 

Though you have muslim minority , but it would be helpful because your score is not that good to fetch any seat. 

But you may look for other government medical colleges in or outside your state. It would be more beneficial for you.
