Hello,

There must have been any issue with your registration process or the other possible cause could be the PC,laptop or whatever device your are using for filling the form. You windows might be of old version and it might not be supporting the payment page.So, I would suggest you to try different system or take help from someone who us experiences.

Thanks, but not a problem with my laptop I've the latest version. but can I directly proceed to payment or is that a case I have registered my bank account on identification details like death bank a/c reason?? others are okay so far... what now? pliz... kindly help me
