Every MBA college provides student opportunities for doing internships so that they can develop their skill. In most of the courses, 6 months to 1 year is of internship for the 2 years duration course. It also provides the student with a pre-placement offer by the company if the company likes your work. Means you will have a job offer before even completing the MBA course. The importance of internship of MBA are:
- Preview of Role & Responsibilities
- Gain Work Experience
- Gain exposure to work profile and build skills
- Convert internship into a pre-placement offer
