With Nios board results awaited but Pessat rank is 4700+ will I get mechanic in next round of counseling ?

Savvy, it seems really difficult for you to get admission in PES University.
Usually they stop taking students for admission after 3k rank in the final round. But it depends on the number of students who appeared for the exam and as well as the difficulty of the paper. So you can still give it a try.
